摘 要:为了研究停缸技术对汽油机性能的影响,在一台4缸汽油机上对断油和废气回流方案进行了台架试验研究。结果显示,在中低负荷下,两种方案都能降低发动机的燃油消耗,但废气回流改善了发动机的热负荷和提高了可燃混合气的初始燃烧温度,使燃烧滞燃期缩短和循环变动减小,使废气回流方案的燃油消耗低于断油方案。随着工作缸负荷增加和可燃混合气温度的提高,不工作缸内的回流废气对工作缸内可燃混合气初始燃烧温度的影响逐渐减弱,最终使废气回流方案的燃油消耗与断油方案基本相同。In order to study the influence of cylinder deactivation on gasoline engine performance,a bench test was conducted on a 4-cylinder gasoline engine for fuel-skipping and exhaust gas recirculation strategy.Results show that the use of two strategies under medium and low loads reduces the fuel consumption of the engine,but the exhaust gas recirculation improves the engine’s heat load with an increase in the initial combustion temperature of combustible mixture,resulting in shortened ignition delay period and reduced cycle to cycle variability,which makes the fuel consumption of the exhaust gas recirculation strategy lower than the fuel-skipping strategy.As the load of working cylinder increases,and the temperature of combustible mixture rises,the influence of returned exhaust gas in the non-working cylinder on initial combustion temperature of combustible mixture in the working cylinder gradually weakens,which eventually makes the fuel consumption of the exhaust gas recirculation strategy basically same as the fuel-skipping strategy.
