摘 要:本文基于虚拟现实技术建立警务战术的训练系统,以情境认知、表象训练和沉浸理论为支撑,实现警务训练三维可视、实时反馈、身临其境的警务训练情境。通过构建多层级松耦合模块化架构,从结构功能、应用框架进行设计规划,对法律法规意识、警用基本动作、公共突发事件出警进行全方位模拟,并给定相应的评价指标,从而满足警务战术的“基本训练、判定训练、战术训练”需求。针对模型的应用特征,以基础的持枪训练和复杂的持刀暴力典型案例模拟实际警情,应用结果表明:采用该虚拟警务战术训练系统能有效增强警务人员的判定决策能力、战术协同能力和武力使用能力水平,确保了警务执法活动中警察武力使用的规范性、合法性、安全性和有效性。Based on virtual reality technology,a training system of police tactics is established,which is supported by situational cognition,representation training and immersion theory,and realizes three-dimensional visual,real-time feedback and immersive police training situation of police training.Through the construction of multi-level loosely coupled modular architecture,from the structure function,application framework design planning,laws and regulations awareness,police basic action,public emergency alarm all-round simulation,and given the corresponding evaluation finger standard,so as to realize the"basic training,judgment training,tactical training"needs of police tactics.According to the application characteristics of the model,the actual police situation is simulated by basic gun training and complex typical cases of knife-wielding violence.The application results show that the virtual police tactical training system can effectively enhance the decision-making ability,tactical synergy ability and force use ability of police personnel,and ensure the standardization,legality,safety and effectiveness of police force use in police law enforcement activities.
