摘 要:针对一起220 kV电缆终端故障造成220 kV变电所全停事故,进行了故障终端解体检查和事故原因分析,指出220 kV故障电缆终端尾管与电缆金属护套的铅封施工工艺存在缺陷。电缆终端尾管与铝护套处于完全分离状态,致使电缆金属护套电位悬浮,长期运行下出现发热和灼烧,最终导致电缆绝缘击穿。同时,有针对性地提出防止类似事故发生的防范措施和建议。The 220 kV substation power off accident caused by the 220 kV cable terminal failure was carried out,and the fault terminal disintegration inspection and accident cause analysis were carried out.It was pointed out that there was a defect in the lead seal construction process of the 220 kV fault cable terminal tail pipe and the cable's metal sheath.The cable terminal tail pipe was completely separated from the aluminum sheath causing the cable metal sheath to be potential suspended,and heat and burning occured under long⁃term operation,eventually leading to cable insulation breakdown.At the same time,preventive measures and recommendations to prevent similar accidents were proposed in a targeted manner.
