永久性膀胱造瘘术患者的家庭护理指导及效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨永久性膀胱造瘘术患者的家庭护理指导及效果。方法选取80例行永久性膀胱造瘘的患者,将其按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组予常规护理干预,观察组予常规护理干预联合家庭护理指导。比较2组患者的护理满意率和并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组患者护理满意率高于对照组(97.50%比80.00%,P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(5%比10%,P<0.05)。结论对永久性膀胱造瘘术患者应用家庭护理指导干预,患者的满意度高,并发症少。Objective To investigate the efficacy of home care guidance in patients undergoing permanent cystostomy.Methods Eighty patients undergoing permanent cystostomy were randomly given routine nursing intervention alone(control group,n=40)or in combination with home care guidance(observation group,n=40).The satisfaction with nursing and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(97.50%vs 80.00%,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(5%vs 10%,P<0.05).Conclusion Home care guidance can improve the satisfaction with nursing and reduce the incidence of complications in patients undergoing permanent cystostomy.
