摘 要:于2019年5月和2020年6月对锦凌水库的水质、浮游生物和底栖动物进行了调查研究。结果显示,锦凌水库浮游植物共检出8门116种,平均密度为7.0×10^(6)ind./L,平均生物量为3.03mg/L;浮游动物共检出4类70种,平均密度为2192ind./L,平均生物量为3.88mg/L;底栖动物共检出3门9种,平均密度为290ind./m2,平均生物量为10.33g/m2;采用基础饵料法计算鱼产量约为3.7×10^(6)kg。锦凌水库夏季氮磷含量高,富营养化呈现增加趋势,浮游生物和底栖动物群落结构复杂,垂直分布和水平分布明显,其中上游最为突出,应重点关注。结合水质富营养状态、蓝藻占据优势、浮游动物小型化以及底栖动物稳定性低分析,锦凌水库夏季水生态处于中营养状态,并可能有水华发生,因此,进一步对锦凌水库尤其上游开展监测和环境治理十分重要。We conducted surveys on water quality,plankton and benthic animals in Jinling Reservoir in May 2019 and June 2020.The results showed that 116 species of phytoplankton in 8 phyla were identified in Jinling Reservoir,with an average density of 7.0×10^(6)ind./L and a mean biomass of 3.03mg/L;a total of 70 species of zooplankton have been identified in 4 classes,with an average density of 2192 ind./L and a mean biomass of 3.88mg/L;a total of 9 species of benthic animals in 3 phyla,with an average density of 290 ind./m2 and a mean biomass of 10.33g/m2;the fish yield calculated by the basic bait method is about 3.7×10^(6)kg.The content of nitrogen and phosphorus in Jinling Reservior in summer and there is an increasing trend of eutrophication.The community structure of plankton and benthos is complex and the vertical and horizontal distributions is obvious,of which the upstream is the most prominent and should be paid attention to.Combined with the analysis of the eutrophication state of water quality,the dominance of cyanobacteria,the miniaturization of zooplankton and the low stability of benthos,the water ecology of Jinling Reservoir was in a state of mesotrophication and there may be water blooms.Therefore,futher monitor and environment control are of high importance,especially in the upper reaches of Jinling Reservoir.
