摘 要:针对某型异步风力发电机分段式转子铁心压装过程中存在片间压力及通风槽宽度尺寸难控制的问题,提出了保证分段式转子铁心压装可靠性的工艺方法。首先,利用最小二乘法建立发电机转子铁心压缩量与压装力的关系;其次,根据要求的片间压力值设定压装转子铁心的油压机压力和螺栓扭矩值,测定油压机泄压后转子铁心剩余压缩量及最终螺栓扭矩值,判定铁心片间压力符合设计要求值。最后,利用通风槽通止规检测分段式转子铁心通风槽宽度并分析转子铁心叠压系数。结果表明,提出的转子铁心压装工艺方法能够保证风力发电机分段式转子铁心压装可靠性。For a certain type asynchronous wind turbine segmentation-rotor core,it is to difficult to control inter-plate pressure and inter-ventilation width during the pressing rotor core,so a process method is proposed to ensure the press-fitting reliability of segmentation-rotor core.Firstly,the relationship between generator rotor core compression and press-fitting force are established by using least-square method.Secondly,the required hydraulic press pressure and bolt torque value are ascertained to press-fit rotor cores,according to the required inter-piece pressure value,the remaining compression about rotor core and final bolt torque bolt after hydraulic press is relieved are measured,the consequence of pressure between rotor cores can meet design value.Finally,the inter-ventilation duct are used to detect inter-ventilation width of segmentation-rotor core and sub-core pressure coefficient is analyzed.The result shows that the proposed press-fitting process method of the rotor core can make sure the reliability of the press-fitting of wind turbine rotor core.
