摘 要:通过共沉淀法合成了NiAl2O4尖晶石结构的催化剂,并对其丙烷催化燃烧性能进行了测试,结合BET、SEM、XRD和H2-TPR表征数据,分析了不同制备条件对催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明,NiAl2O4尖晶石催化剂对丙烷具有很好的催化性能,不同的制备条件对NiAl2O4的结晶度及催化性能均有影响。焙烧温度越高,NiAl2O4的结晶度越好,在高温焙烧下仍然保持较高的催化活性,以氨水为沉淀剂可以生成纯相尖晶石结构。A spinel-structured NiAl 2O 4 catalyst was synthesized by co-precipitation method,and its propane catalytic combustion performance was tested.Combined with BET,SEM,XRD and H 2-TPR characterization data,the influence of different preparation conditions on the catalytic performance was analyzed.The results show that NiAl 2O 4 spinel structure catalyst has good catalytic performance for propane,and the crystallinity and catalytic performance of NiAl 2O 4 was tuned by different preparation conditions.The crystallinity of NiAl 2O 4 can be enhanced at high calcination temperature.And its high catalytic activity can be still maintained under high temperature calcination.Using ammonia as a precipitant can produce a pure phase spinel structure.
