摘  要:在传统的微电解材料中,添加一定量的MnO2进行改性,并且用膨润土作为连结剂,采用热固焙烧的方法制备了一种新型铁炭微电解材料。并将其用于对40 mg/L罗丹明B模拟废水溶液进行处理。研究了MnO2加入量、膨润土加入量、停留时间、铁炭质量比对污染物处理效果的影响。结果表明,当铁炭质量比为4∶1,MnO2含量为10%,膨润土含量为20%,停留时间为2 h时,处理效果最好,COD去除率达到53%,色度去除率达到80%。In the traditional micro-electrolysis materials,a certain amount of MnO 2 was added for modification,and bentonite was used as the linking agent,and a new iron-carbon micro-electrolysis material was prepared by the method of thermosetting roasting.And it is used to treat 40 mg/L Rhodamine B simulated wastewater solution.The effects of MnO 2 addition amount,bentonite addition amount,residence time and iron-carbon mass ratio on pollutant treatment effect were studied.The results show that when the mass ratio of iron to carbon is 4∶1,the content of MnO 2 is 10%,the content of bentonite is 20%,and the residence time is 2 h,the treatment effect is the best,the removal rate of COD reaches 53%,and the removal rate of chroma reaches 80%.
