摘 要:采用吸附-生物降解法处理含碳氢溶剂挥发性有机物(VOCs)的水洗废水,研究了废水中挥发性有机成分的非稳性,考察了2种活性污泥(厌氧、好氧污泥)对废水中挥发性有机物的吸附性能,探讨了厌氧-好氧组合工艺对水洗废水的降解效能,分析了处理工艺的运行效果。结果表明,水洗废水中的VOCs易再次挥发,曝气状态下VOCs的最大挥发率为11.26%。活性污泥可快速吸附废水中有机物,防止VOCs挥发。好氧活性污泥对有机物的吸附能力优于厌氧活性污泥,吸附35 min时废水中COD含量降低了62%,吸附结果与Langmuir模型拟合较好(R2=0.991)。水洗废水中添加生活污水均衡了废水营养比例,提高了废水中难降解有机物的去除效果,当ABR-CSTR反应器进水中水洗废水占比≤60%时,COD和TOC平均去除率分别为86.9%和90.7%。吸附段HRT为0.8 h、生物降解段HRT为24 h时,吸附-生物降解装置对水洗废水中COD和TOC平均去除率分别为85.6%,91.7%,含挥发性有机物废水得到有效处理。The adsorption-biodegradation method was used to treat the washed wastewater containing volatile organic compounds that generated by hydrocarbon solvents.The instability of volatile organic components in the wastewater was studied,and the adsorption performance of two kinds of activated sludge(anaerobic sludge and aerobic sludge)on VOCs in wastewater were investigated,the degradation efficiency of washed wastewater degradation in combined process of anaerobic-aerobic was discussed,and the operation effect of treatment process was analyzed.The results showed that VOCs in the absorption wastewater were easy to volatilize again,and the maximum volatilization rate of VOCs with aeration was 11.26%.Activated sludge could quickly adsorb organics and avoided the volatilization of VOCs,and the VOCs adsorption capacity of aerobic activated sludge was better than that of anaerobic activated sludge,62%of COD in wastewater was decreased by aerobic activated sludge after adsorption for 35 min,and the adsorption results were well fitted with Langmuir model(R 2=0.991).The addition of domestic sewage in the washed wastewater balanced the proportion of wastewater nutrients,improved the removal effect of refractory organics in wastewater.When the proportion of the washed wastewater in the influent was not higher than 60%,the average removal rates of COD and TOC were 86.9%and 90.7%in the ABR-CSTR combined reactor,respectively.When the HRT of the adsorption unit was 0.8 h and the biodegradation unit was 24 h,the average removal rates of COD and TOC were 85.6%and 91.7%in the absorption-biodegradation system,respectively,and the wastewater containing volatile organic compounds was effectively treated.
