摘 要:采用微电解+硫酸铝混凝组合工艺对麦草制浆造纸废水进行处理,采用正交实验考察微电解法工艺参数:pH、铁屑用量、活性炭用量和磁力搅拌时间对CODCr去除率和脱色率的影响。结果表明,铁/碳微电解+硫酸铝组合工艺的优化工艺参数为:废水pH值为6.0,反应时间90 min,铁屑用量为30 g/L,活性炭用量6 g/L,其CODCr去除率80%,脱色率90.5%。Fe/C微电解和硫酸铝组合对脱色效果大大提高,由于其絮凝作用的重合,对COD去除率效果并未大幅提高。Using the micro-electrolysis+aluminum sulfate coagulation process to treatment the wheat straw pulping and papermaking wastewater.The influence of the pH of the effluent from the micro-electrolysis,iron fillings dosage,carbon dosage and magnetic stirring time on removal rate and decolarization rate of CODCr was investigated by the orthogonal method.The result showed that the optimum process parameter were:the pH of the wastewater was determined to be 6.0,the reaction time was 90 min,the ironfillings dosage was 30 g/L,and the activated carbon dosage was 6 g/L and the removal rate of CODCr was up to 80%,and the decolorization rate was up to 90.5%.The combination of Fe/C microelectrolysis and aluminum sulfate greatly improved the decolorization effect,but the effect of the superposition of their flocculation on the COD removal rate did not increase significantly.
