摘  要:采用干浸渍法制备复合吸附剂CaCl2/蛭石、LiCl/蛭石。在25℃,70%的相对湿度条件下,对不同样品的孔径分布、颗粒尺寸、盐含量、循环稳定性以及吸附性能进行了研究。结果表明,复合吸附剂CaCl2/蛭石以1∶1比例配制时吸附性能最佳;较小颗粒尺寸能够有效提高复合吸附剂的吸附性能,LiCl/蛭石样品、CaCl2/蛭石样品尺寸≤1 mm,比2~3 mm的样品分别提高了8.53%,13.23%。无机盐与蛭石的复合样品稳定性好,在循环测试样品时,其水蒸气吸附量与平均值最大相差9.96%,最小相差1.55%。该实验可以为太阳能空气取水吸附剂的选择与应用提供基础数据。The composite adsorbents CaCl 2/vermiculite and LiCl/vermiculite were prepared by the dry impregnation method.The pore size distribution,particle size,salt content,cyclic stability,and adsorption performance of different samples were studied at 25℃and 70%relative humidity.The results are as follows:the composite adsorbent CaCl 2/vermiculite has the best adsorption performance in a 1∶1 ratio.Selecting a sample with a smaller particle size can effectively improve the adsorption performance of the composite adsorbent.The size of the LiCl/vermiculite sample and CaCl 2/vermiculite sample≤1 mm increased by 8.53%and 13.23%compared with the sample of 2~3 mm size.The composite sample of inorganic salt and vermiculite has good stability.When the sample is cyclically tested,the maximum difference between the water vapor adsorption amount and the average value is 9.96%,and the minimum difference is 1.55%.This experiment can provide basic data for the selection and application of solar air water absorbent.
