摘  要:探讨了使用死亡生物的微生物源和木质纤维素的残留去除重金属的水溶液,总结了去除重金属的生物吸附等温线和动力学模型特征,并通过不同的仪器表征技术和相关的机制,讨论金属和生物吸附剂之间的相互作用。工业废水排放造成的重金属污染是近几十年来最严重的环境问题,虽然有关水溶液中重金属截留的方法有很多报道,但目前的研究主要集中在开发环保型和经济性工艺。生物吸附法是一种潜在的去除重金属的方法,即使在金属浓度较低的情况下也是如此。此外,还综述了脱附剂在生物质能再生和各种生物吸附剂回收利用方面的意义。The present review reports on the use of dead biomass of microbial source and lignocellulosic residues for removal of heavy metal from aqueous solution,summarizes the applicability of biosorption isotherm and kinetic models in heavy metal removal and discusses on the characteristic features of biosorbent,interactions between metal and biosorbent,and the associated mechanisms through different instrumental characterization techniques.Heavy metal contaminations due to effluent discharge from industries are serious environmental problem since the last several decades.Although several methods are reported on the sequestration of heavy metals from aqueous solutions,still research is focused on the development of eco-friendly and economic process.Biosorption is a potential process for removal of heavy metals even at the low metal concentration.Moreover,desorbing agent significance in the biomass regeneration and recycle possibilities of various biosorbents are considered in the present review.
