摘　　要：目的:探讨ABO血型、ABO血型抗体对IVF/ICSI-ET妊娠结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月至2018年1月于山东大学附属生殖医院接受IVF/ICSI-ET的5370例不孕症患者的临床资料。根据女性血型分为O组、A组、B组、AB组,比较各组的妊娠结局,并进一步将O型血女性按血型抗体分组,比较其妊娠结局。结果:ABO血型组间的临床妊娠率、流产率、活产率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血型抗体组间的临床妊娠率、流产率、活产率也无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:ABO血型、ABO血型抗体与IVF/ICSI-ET妊娠结局无关。Objective:To explore the effect of ABO blood group,ABO blood group type antibody on IVF/ICSI-ET pregnancy outcome.Methods:The clinical datas of 5370 infertility patients who underwent IVF/ICSI-ET at the Center for Reproductive Medicine,Shandong University from January 2015 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the female blood group,they were divided into group O,group A,group B and group AB.The pregnancy outcomes of each group were compared,and women of type O blood were further grouped according to blood group antibodies to compare their pregnancy outcomes.Results:There were no significant differences in clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate and live birth rate among the ABO blood group groups(P>0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate and live birth rate were not significantly different among blood group antibody groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:ABO blood type,ABO blood group antibody were not related to IVF/ICSI-ET pregnancy outcome.
