摘　　要：近十多年来,二肽基肽酶-4(DPP-4)抑制剂已经成为主要的口服抗糖尿病药物之一,可单药或联合其他药物应用于2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者。维格列汀是降低T2DM患者血糖水平的DPP-4抑制剂之一。本文将综述维格列汀在调节空腹血糖方面的研究进展。For more than a decade,dipeptidyl peptidase-4(DPP-4)inhibitors are among the oral antidiabetic medications used as monotherapy or in combination to manage type II diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Vildagliptin is one of DPP-4 inhibitors that reduces glycemia in patients with T2DM.This review summarizes the research progress on vildagliptin in regulating fasting blood glucose(FBG).
