摘　　要：二肽酰肽酶-4(DPP-4)抑制剂是口服抗高血糖药,可有效控制2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平。DPP-4抑制剂的治疗作用涉及若干与β细胞功能和细胞凋亡相关的基因。本文将综述DPP-4抑制剂的药物遗传学信息,探讨遗传变异如何影响DPP-4抑制剂的治疗应答,有助于个性化医疗的发展。Dipeptidyl peptidase-4(DPP-4)inhibitors are oral anti-hyperglycemic drugs enabling effective glycemic control in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.The genes associated withβ-cell function and apoptosis are involved in the therapeutic effect of DPP-4 inhibitors.This review summarizes the research progress on pharmacogenetic information of DPP-4 Inhibitors on how genetic variants influence drug response and may benefit the development of personalized medicine.
