摘 要:铜铅锌有色冶炼行业大部分冶炼渣尘不仅属于危废而且其中含有多种有价金属,探讨了一种通过浆化、浸出、净化、浓缩结晶、混合制粒等复合工艺将含锌、铅、铜等有价金属渣尘的综合回收的方法。将渣尘中的铜锌等有价金属分两段浸出,采用硫酸浸出。第一段低酸浸出,控制反应条件为:pH值4.0~5.4、温度85~95℃、液固比4:1~3:1、浸出时间1 h,在浸出过程中不断鼓入压缩空气,使一段浸出液中的铁小于5 mg/L。浸出结束后过滤,滤液返回一段浸出,滤渣主要含硫酸铅,滤渣经洗涤后装袋堆存出售。然后分步回收提纯制成符合国标的金属盐类,铅以硫酸铅的形式富集出售给铅冶炼厂,生产过程中的水循环使用,不外排,反应槽产生的废气经收集洗涤后达标排放,项目经济效益和社会效益显著。In this paper,a method of comprehensive recovery of zinc,lead,copper and other valuable metal slag dust by means of slurry,leaching,purification,concentrated crystallization and mixed granulation is discussed.The valuable metals such as copper and zinc in slag dust were leached in two stages and sulfuric acid was used.The first stage of low acid leaching,the control reaction conditions are:pH value 4.0~5.4,temperature 85~95℃,liquid-solid ratio 4:1~3:1,leaching time 1 h,in the leaching process,the compressed air is continuously poured into the leaching process,so that the iron in a section of the leaching solution is less than 5 mg/L.After leaching is finished,the filtrate returns to a section of leaching,the filter residue mainly contains lead sulfate,and the filter residue is bagged and stored for sale after washing.The waste gas produced by the reaction tank is collected and washed and discharged up to standard.The economic and social benefits of the project are remarkable.
