摘 要:针对热镀铝锌硅钢板在加工工件过程中出现180°折弯后开裂现象,通过对折弯开裂缺陷试样进行开裂形貌分析和基板金相组织分析,认为渗碳体在晶界处偏析聚集是造成热镀铝锌硅合金镀层钢板180°折弯后开裂的直接原因。通过调整热镀铝锌硅合金镀层钢板部分工艺,发现采用降低热轧卷取温度措施可以改善基板组织状态,以此解决铝锌硅镀层钢板的折弯开裂问题。Aiming at the phenomenon that the galvalume plate cracks after being bent at 180°during the processing of the workpiece,the crack morphology analysis and the metallographic structure analysis of the substrate of the cracked crack defect sample are considered.The cementite is segregated at the grain boundaries.Aggregation is the direct cause of cracking of the galvalume plate after being bent at 180°.By adjusting some processes of the galvalume late,it was found that reducing the temperature of the hot-rolled coil can improve the substrate structure state.This eliminates the bending crack problem of the galvalume plate.
