摘 要:随着近两年酒钢中板品种钢和不锈钢轧制比率的提高,对翻板机的使用频率和工作强度也逐步加大,导致翻板机在2017年2月份接连出现了两次连杆断裂设备事故,一次是翻板机短拉杆断裂,另一次是翻板机翻臂撑杆断裂,并间接引发短拉杆再次断裂,为能够准确掌握翻板机拉杆、撑杆的承载能力,同时控制好现场翻板机翻板重量,避免因超载等原因造成拉杆和撑杆损坏,现通过对其进行受力分析及验算来求得拉杆和撑杆所能承受的工作载荷,明确翻板机的工作承受能力。同时也可作为同行业设备借鉴、研究、探讨的理论参考。With the increase of steel and stainless steel rolling ratio of steel plates in the recent two years,the frequency and the working intensity of the machine are gradually increased.In February of 2017,the replica machine had two equipment accidents with broken links.One was the short pull rod of the replica machine was broken,the other was the reversion of the arm brace fractured.And indirectly causes the short pull rod to fracture again.In order to accurately grasp the Replica machine pull rod,rod bearing capacity,and good control of the scene replica replica of the machine weight,avoid damage due to overload and strut rod and other reasons,the stress analysis and calculation to obtain the rod and bar can withstand the work load of the machine work capacity clear version.At the same time,it can also be used as reference for the same industry equipment,research,discussion of the theory.
