摘  要:通过拉伸、硬度、冲击试验研究了固溶处理工艺对S31254超级奥氏体不锈钢力学性能的影响,并应用EBSD技术观察了σ相的变化。结果表明,随着固溶处理温度的升高、时间的延长,抗拉强度、屈服强度、硬度随之降低,σ相随之减少,其延伸率和低温冲击随之增加,但保温时间超过60 min延伸率有所降低。The effect of solution treatment temperature and time on mechanical properties of S31254 super austensic stainless steel were studied by tensile,hardness and impact tests,the precipitation of the sigma phase was observed by EBSD.The results show that,with the increase of solution temperature and time,the tensile strength,yield strength and hardness decrease,and the precipitation of theσ-phase decrease.The elongation and low temperature impact was increased with temperature and time,while the elongation was reduced when the treatment time exceed 60 min.
