摘　　要：随着国家对于钢铁行业的环保要求越来越重视,一些落后的钢铁产能,近年来都在原有设备的基础上进行合规性改造。主要以酒钢7#高炉配套项目烧结管带机除尘系统为背景,详细介绍基于AB ControlLogix5000系统实现烧结管带机环保除尘系统将原有设备的自动化控制系统与新增设备的自动化控制系统相融合,从设计、硬件选型到编程调试的过程。As the country pays more and more attention to the environmental protection requirements of the steel industry,the backward steel production capacity is reformed on the basis of the original equipment for compliance.Based on the dust removal system of no.7 blast furnace auxiliary project pipe belt machine as background,this paper introduces in detail the environmental dust removal system of pipe belt machine based on AB ControlLogix5000 system,which integrates the automatic control system of original equipment with the automatic control system of newly added equipment,from design,hardware selection to programming and debugging process.
