论新媒体在高水平运动员思政教育中的应用

摘　　要：运动员从事着特殊的职业,尤其是高水平的优秀运动员,其身份更为特殊。在新时代探索建立竞技体育新型举国体制的大背景下,高水平运动员受关注度也愈加提高。由于运动员的大部分时间都用在运动训练上,用于文化知识学习的时间相对较少,致使其具有思想相对单纯、法制观念相对淡薄、可塑性大等特点。当今中国,不仅要保持体育大国的地位,更要建设体育强国,弘扬体育精神。在《竞技体育“十三五”规划》中,提出应继续贯彻实施《奥运争光计划纲要(2011—2020年)》,弘扬中华体育精神和奥林匹克精神,在奥运会等重大国际比赛中争取运动成绩和精神文明双丰收,而这些均是高水平运动员的当仁不让的责任与使命。加强高水平运动员思想政治教育是保障我国体育事业稳健发展的基石。Athletes are people engaged in special occupations,especially high-level outstanding athletes.Their identities are more special.Because athletes spend most of their time in sports training,they have relatively little learning of cultural knowledge and relatively simple thinking.The concept of legal system is relatively weak,and its plasticity is large.From the perspective of ideological and political education,athletes have a strong sense of“winning glory for the country”.For today's China,it is not only the status of a sports power,but also the construction of a sports power and the promotion of sportsmanship.In the“13th Five-Year Plan for Competitive Sports”,continue to implement the“Outline of the Olympic Honor Program(2011-2020)”,promote the Chinese sports spirit and the Olympic spirit,and strive for sports performance and spiritual civilization in major international competitions such as the Olympic Games.Harvesting is a mission of high-level athletes.Strengthening the ideological and political education of high-level athletes is the cornerstone of ensuring the steady development of sports in my country.
