摘 要:农户兼业经营已成为当前农村农业生产经营的主要方式,兼业经营的现象普遍存在,这将不可避免地影响农户农业生产,进而影响农户农地利用碳排放。基于福建省5地市257户农户的实地调研数据,在对农户农地利用碳排放行为类型划分的基础上,建立Ordered probit模型并求解边际效应。回归结果表明,农户兼业经营将促进农户农地利用低碳行为,且不同区域的兼业情况对碳排放行为的影响是有显著差异,内陆地区的兼业情况对农地碳排放影响的程度要高于沿海地区。在实证结果的基础上,提出政府及相关部门可以通过土地流转提高种植专业化程度等实现农业生产适度规模经营和适度专业化经营,以实现农业低碳且经济的发展。Peasant concurrent operation has currently become the mainstream agriculture production and operation pattern in the countryside.Concurrent operation is prevalent and it is inevitable to influence the peasant carbon emission behavior of using farmland.This paper collected field study data from 257 peasants in 5 areas of Fujian Province.Based on the classification of peasant carbon emission behaviors of using farmland,this research ran an ordered probit model and calculated the margin effects.The regression results show that peasant concurrent operation promotes the low carbon emission behavior of using farmland and the influence of concurrent operation on carbon emission behavior in different areas is significantly differentiated.The influence of concurrent operation on carbon emission behavior in inland areas is higher than that in those coastal areas.Based on the empirical research results,this paper suggests that low carbon economy development can be achieved by land circulation.Thus,the government can improve the planting specialization to achieve moderate scale operation and operation specialization.
