摘 要:河北省是蔬菜生产大省,蔬菜生产对农民增收、产业扶贫贡献较大。以河北省141个县为研究对象,运用非径向非角度、基于松弛的方向性距离函数和全局参比曼奎斯特卢恩伯格生产率指数测算了2007—2018年河北省县域蔬菜全要素及绿色全要素生产率,运用空间自相关、局部相关方法分析了河北省县域蔬菜全要素及绿色全要素生产率的全局和局部空间特征。结果表明:2007—2018年河北省各县绿色和非绿色蔬菜全要素生产率年均增长均为正增长,其中技术进步贡献较大,技术利用效率则起拉低作用;投入偏向型蔬菜技术进步指数显示,河北省蔬菜全要素生产率的增长更多依赖投入偏向型技术进步,中性技术进步拉动不明显。从空间分布来看,河北省县域蔬菜绿色全要素生产率增长存在地区间不平衡现象,且分布相对分散;局部空间相关分析表明,河北省县域绿色、非绿色全要素生产率增长在局部地区均呈现出高高、低低、高低和低高的空间集聚效应。Hebei Province is a leading vegetable producer,and vegetable production has made large contributions to farmers'income and the poverty alleviation.We choose 141 counties in Hebei Province as the research object,and use the non-radial and non-angle,slack?based measures(SBM)directional distance function and global reference Malmquist?Luenberger(GML)productivity index to measure the total factor productivity and green total factor productivity of vegetables in all counties of Hebei Province from 2007 to 2018,and analyze the global and local spatial characteristics of vegetable total factor and green total factor productivity in Hebei Province by using spatial autocorrelation and local correlation methods.The results show that:(1)from 2007 to 2018,the average annual growth of total factor productivity of green and non-green vegetables in Hebei Province was positive,in which the contribution of technological progress was greater,while the efficiency of technology utilization was weighing down;(2)the input biased vegetable technology progress index show that the growth of vegetable total factor productivity in Hebei Province was more dependent on input biased technology progress and neutral technology progress Step pull is not obvious.(3)from the perspective of spatial distribution,the growth of green total factor productivity of vegetables in all counties of Hebei Province is unbalanced among regions,and the distribution is relatively scattered;(4)local spatial correlation analysis shows that the green and non-green TFP growth of counties in Hebei Province presents spatial agglomeration effect of high-high,low-low,high-low,low-high in local areas.
