摘　　要：高校体育课可达到更高的教学质量和效率,这是高校体育教育工作者努力的方向。高校体育课内外一体化俱乐部的新型教学模式能够充分而有效地对教学资源进行整合,从而有效提升体育课堂的趣味性,在帮助提升体育教师教学工作针对性的同时,也能够培养学生对于体育运动的爱好。该文以合肥学院为例,分析了合肥学院15年来课内外一体化俱乐部教学模式的实施成效与特征,并对安徽省高校体育课内外一体化俱乐部教学改革从教学理念、教学管理、师资队伍建设以及校园文化建设4个方面提出了意见与建议,以期为高校体育教学改革提供借鉴,从而提高高校体育教学质量,培养学生的终身体育意识与价值观。College physical education can achieve higher teaching quality and efficiency,which is the direction of efforts for college physical education educators.The new in-class and after-class club teaching mode with college physical education integration can fully and effectively integrate teaching resources so as to increase the enjoyment of physical education classes,which can not only help physical education teachers′to improve performance of their teaching work but also develop students′to improve their fondness of sports activities Taking Hefei University as an example,this paper analyzes the effectiveness and characteristics of Hefei University′s 15 years of implementing the in-class and after-class club teaching mode of college physical education integration and puts forward some opinions and suggestions concerning the in-class and after-class club teaching mode with college physical education integration in Anhui′s colleges and universities from the four respects of teaching idea,teaching management,construction of teaching team and construction of campus culture,attempting to provide some reference for college physical education so as to improve the quality of college physical education and cultivate students′lifelong sports awareness and values.
