摘 要:在火电行业,停机前在回路中加入成膜胺来实施停机后锅炉的中长期保养已经成了一个主要的保养方式之一,核电行业也已经开始应用。本文就低浓度成膜胺环境下压水堆核电站二回路金属材料的均匀腐蚀进行评估。在低浓度成膜胺加药过程中,因为温度、表面状态等原因,整个回路各部位金属材料的均匀腐蚀不能得出一致性的结论;但在覆膜后的保养过程中,成膜胺形成的疏水膜可以提供一定程度的保护,并且覆膜后材料处于干燥环境下的保养效果更好。氧化层的分析显示,与氨处理相比,成膜胺和氨联合处理的表层氧化膜厚度薄、致密、表面光滑、颗粒均匀。这样的氧化膜一方面可以减少腐蚀,减少氧化铁的脱落,也可以减小杂质的沉积。In the thermal power industry,adding film-forming amines to the loop before shutdown to implement medium and long-term maintenance of the boiler after shutdown has become one of the main maintenance methods,and the nuclear power industry has also begun to apply.This paper evaluated the uniform corrosion of metal materials in the secondary circuit of PWR nuclear power plant under low concentration of film-forming amine.In the low-concentration film-forming amine dosing process,due to the temperature,surface condition and other reasons,the uniform corrosion of the metal materials in all parts of the circuit cannot reach a consistent conclusion;but in the maintenance process after the filming,the film-forming amine forms The hydrophobic film can provide a certain degree of protection,and the maintenance effect of the material in a dry environment after the film is better.The analysis of the oxide layer shows that compared with the ammonia treatment,the surface oxide film of the combined treatment of film-forming amine and ammonia is thinner,denser,and has a smooth surface and uniform particles.Such an oxide film on the one hand can reduce corrosion,reduce the shedding of iron oxide,and also reduce the deposition of impurities.
