摘 要:为了解山东省日照市茶园土壤硒含量状况,继而为优质高效的茶叶生产提供参考,在日照市茶叶主产区采集61个表层土壤(0~20 cm)样品,测定土壤硒含量及相关理化性质,分析母质、土壤理化性质、种植年限等因素对土壤硒含量的影响。结果表明:日照市茶园土壤硒含量范围为0.013~0.204 mg/kg,均值为0.0897 mg/kg,70%处于缺硒状态,仅有7%的土壤处于足硒状态。以花岗岩风化物为主的成土母质是日照市茶园土壤硒含量偏低的主要因素。土壤理化性质影响土壤中硒的迁移和富集,黏粒和有机质含量增加利于土壤对硒的吸附,从而提高土壤硒含量水平。随种植年限增加,土壤硒含量呈先增加后降低的变化趋势。与施用化肥相比,施用有机肥可以增加土壤硒含量。基于不同茶园土壤硒含量及土壤理化性质,适量增施有机肥,可以增加土壤和茶叶中的硒含量,提升日照绿茶的茶叶品质和品牌竞争力。A total of 61 samples of surface soils(0~20 cm)were collected from main tea producing areas of Rizhao City to assess soil selenium content for high-quality and high-efficient tea production.The selenium content and related physical and chemical characteristics of soil were determined and the influences of parent material,soil physical and chemical characteristics and planting years on soil selenium content were analyzed.The results showed that the content of selenium in surface soil ranged from 0.013 mg/kg to 0.204 mg/kg with the mean of 0.0897 mg/kg.According to the classification standard of total selenium content in soil,70%of the tested soil samples were in selenium deficient,and only 7%were in selenium sufficient.The parent material of granite weathering was the major factor leading to lower soil selenium content.Soil physicochemical properties influenced the translocation and accumulation of selenium in soil.Clay and organic matter strengthened the selenium adsorption of soil and increased the soil selenium content.With the increase of planting years,the content of selenium in soil first increased and then decreased.Organic fertilizer was better for increasing selenium content than chemical fertilizer.Based on the difference in soil selenium content and physicochemical properties of different tea garden,appropriate application of organic fertilizer would increase selenium content in soil and tea leaves,improve tea quality and enhance the brand competitiveness.
