摘  要:本研究采用浸虫浸液法测定蛇床子、苍耳、防风和麻黄4种中药材提取物对桃粉蚜的触杀作用。结果表明,4种中药材提取物均对桃粉蚜有明显的触杀效果,总的来说,24 h和48 h校正死亡率均为蛇床子>苍耳>防风>麻黄;对桃粉蚜24 h毒力最强的是蛇床子,LC50值为0.346 mg/mL;48 h毒力最强的是苍耳,LC50值为3.300×10^-3 mg/mL。本研究结果可为开发植物源杀蚜剂提供理论依据。In this study,the contact killing effect of Cnidium monnieri,Xanthium sibiricum,Saposhnikoviae divaricata and Ephedra sinica etracts on Hyalopterus amygdali was determined by using the method of insect immersion solution.The results showed that the extracts of the four Chinese herbal medicines all had obvious contact killing effect on H.amygdali,and the adjusted mortality of 24 hours and 48 hours was sequenced as C.monnieri>X.sibiricum>S.divaricata>E.sinica.The toxicity of C.monnieri at 24 h was the highest to H.amygdali in laboratory with the LC50 value as 0.346 mg/mL,while X.sibiricum had the highest toxicity at 48 h with the LC50 value as 3.300×10^-3 mg/mL.The results of this experiment could provide theoretical bases for development of botanical aphicide.
