西洋参组织培养研究近况及其技术相关问题的探讨

摘　　要：通过查阅、归纳、总结国内外西洋参组培相关文献及报道看出,当前西洋参组织培养主要以愈伤组织诱导、体细胞悬浮培养、冠瘿组织培养及毛状根培养方式获得次生代谢物研究为主,大规模生物发生器培养研究不足,西洋参快繁及育种研究进展缓慢,亟需组培方法的进步和技术提升。今后需加大西洋参组织培养研究,突破组培芽诱导生根的瓶颈,推动西洋参的植株快繁和育种,促进西洋参产业快速发展。The references on tissue culture of Panax quinquefolium L.at home and abroad were collated,analyzed and summarized.The results showed that the main researches were on callus induction,somatic cell suspension culture,crown gall tissue culture and hairy root culture of P.quinquefolium L.at present.There were few researches on large-scale generator culture,especially on the rapid propagation and breeding of P.quinquefolium L.which needed to improve the culture methods and techniques.In future,it is necessary to increase the tissue culture researches of P.quinquefolium L.,break through the bottleneck of tissue culture bud induction and rooting,promote rapid propagation and breeding,and promote the rapid development of P.quinquefolium L.industry.
