非遗视域下隆化县“霸王鞭”的传承价值与策略

摘　　要：隆化县"霸王鞭"是一种融音乐、舞蹈、体育为一体的民俗文化艺术。"霸王鞭"舞蹈不单纯是舞蹈动作的呈现,更多折射出了民间文化、民俗风情、精神风貌、历史内涵。"霸王鞭"舞蹈应通过政策保障、借助媒体、依托地方学校、开设培训班、应用数字化技术和加大非遗研究经费投入进行传承。Longhua County’s Overlord Whip Dance is a kind of folk culture and art integrating music, dance and sports. Overlord Whip Dance is not only the presentation of dance movements, but also reflects the folk culture,folk customs, spiritual outlook and historical connotation. In order to inherit Overlord Whip Dance, it should be passed on through policy guarantees, media, relying on local schools, opening training courses, applying digital technology, and increasing investment in intangible cultural heritage research.
