摘　　要：介绍了大冶有色400 kt/a高纯阴极铜项目配套的1500 kt/a烟气制酸方案选择情况。从环保政策、行业竞争及工业自动化方面考虑,根据“双闪”(闪速熔炼和闪速吹炼)冶炼烟气成分复杂、SO2浓度高且烟气量稳定的特点,结合国内外制酸技术的进展,选择1套净化、2套干吸转化的“一头两尾”整体配置,采用一级动力波高效洗涤器+气体冷却塔+二级动力波高效洗涤器+两级电除雾酸洗净化工艺,干吸采用低温余热回收,转化采用非衡态高浓度二次转化二次吸收制酸技术方案。通过技术交流和实地考察,对系统中可能出现的问题进行思考及优化。The selection of 1500 kt/a sulphuric acid plant with flue gas for Daye Nonferrous Metals 400 kt/a high purity cathode copper project is introduced.Considering the environmental protection policy,industry competition and industrial automation,according to the characteristics of Double-Flash(flash smelting and flash converting)smelting flue gas with complex composition,high SO2 concentration and stable flue gas volume,combined with the development of acid production technology at home and abroad,the overall configuration of one head and two tail with one set of purification and two sets of dry absorption conversion is selected,and the first-stage dynamic wave high-efficiency scrubber+gas cooling tower+the second-stage dynamic wave high-efficiency scrubber+two-stage electric demisting and pickling purification process is adopted.Low temperature waste heat recovery is adopted for dry absorption,and non-equilibrium high concentration secondary conversion and secondary absorption technology scheme is adopted for conversion.Through technical exchange and field investigation,the possible problems in the system are considered and optimized.
