烟气制酸系统排放尾气达标率提升实践

摘　　要：介绍了金川集团股份有限公司镍冶炼厂烟气制酸系统提升排放尾气达标率的影响因素分析和提升实践情况。该公司正在运行的2套烟气制酸系统均采用钠碱法处理含SO2的制酸尾气,尾气排放达标率仅为94%左右。通过对制酸系统排放的尾气进行超标时长统计分析可知:尾气排放超标主要是由于颗粒物浓度频繁超标造成的,超标比例为99.80%。通过增加加碱副线管道改变尾气脱硫塔的加碱方式、增加DCS系统的颗粒物浓度监测功能和声光报警装置,解决了尾气脱硫塔底部循环液和捕沫丝网结晶堵塞造成捕沫效果差、颗粒物浓度数据汇报不及时、工艺控制参数调整延后等问题,尾气排放达标率由94.3%提高到99.7%的同时,还降低了尾气脱硫碱液的消耗量,节约生产成本528.3万元/a,取得了良好的环境效益和经济效益。The influencing factors analysis and practice of flue gas sulphuric acid system in Nickel Smelting Plant,Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd.,are introduced.Sodium alkali process is used to treat off-gas containing SO2 in two sets of flue gas acid production systems in operation,and the off-gas emission standard compliance rate is only about 94%.According to the statistical analysis of the excess time of off-gas discharged from the acid production system,it is known that the excess of off-gas is mainly caused by the frequent excess of particulate matter concentration,and the excess proportion is 99.80%.By adding alkali adding pipeline,changing alkali adding mode of off-gas absorption tower,adding particle concentration monitoring function and sound light alarm device of DCS system,the problems such as poor foam catching effect caused by circulating liquid at the bottom of off-gas absorption tower and crystallization blockage of foam catching screen,untimely report of particle concentration data and delayed adjustment of process control parameters are solved,and the standard compliance rate of off-gas emission is increased from 94.3%to 99.7%.At the same time,it also reduces the consumption of off-gas desulfurization lye,saves the production cost of 5.283 million yuan/a,and achieves good environmental and economic benefits.
