摘　　要：详细介绍了国产螺杆膨胀机饱和蒸汽发电技术的工作原理,发电机组的结构、主要技术参数和特点,以及在陕西锌业有限公司烟气制酸装置的应用情况。陕西锌业经过1年多的生产实践表明:国产螺杆膨胀机饱和蒸汽发电机组具有投资小见效快、运行稳定、操作维护简便的优点,该发电技术适用于中、小型锌精矿焙烧烟气制酸装置,利用蒸发量为13.5 t/h的余热锅炉产生的4.0 MPa的饱和蒸汽余热发电可增收206.7万元/a,经济效益明显。The working principle,structure,main technical parameters and characteristics of domestic screw expander saturated steam power generation technology are introduced in detail,as well as its application in the flue gas acid plant in Shaanxi Zinc Industry Co.,Ltd.The production practice of Shaanxi zinc industry for more than one year shows that the domestic screw expander saturated steam generator unit has the advantages of small investment,quick effect,stable operation and simple operation and maintenance,the power generation technology is suitable for medium and small-sized zinc concentrate roasting flue gas acid plant,the power generation income can be increased by 2.067 million yuan/a by using the 4.0 MPa saturated steam generated by the waste heat boiler with 13.5 t/h evaporation capacity,and the economic benefit is obvious.
