摘　　要：自2006年以来,郴州市加工贸易占进出口总额的比重呈逐年递增态势,到2012年占据了郴州市进出口总额的60%以上。论文基于2006-2019年郴州市加工贸易占进出口总额的比重分析,结合实地和网络调研,指出了郴州市加工贸易企业在转型升级中面临的困境,进而提出了相应的对策建议。Since 2006,the proportion of processing trade to total export-import volume in Chenzhou City has been increasing year by year,and by 2012 it occupied more than 60%of the total export-import volume in Chenzhou City.Based on the analysis of the proportion of processing trade to total export-import volume in Chenzhou City from 2006 to 2019,the paper points out the difficulties faced by processing trade enterprises in Chenzhou City in the transformation and upgrading combined with field and network research,and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
