五指毛桃组织培养快繁体系的研究

摘　　要：以新采摘的五指毛桃(Ficushirta vahl)种子为试验材料,以MS为基本培养基,采用常规组培技术,进行种子发芽、继代增殖、生根培养基筛选。结果表明,五指毛桃种子在1/2 MS+20 g/L蔗糖+6.0 g/L琼脂培养基中萌发最好,茎段增殖的最佳培养基为MS+20 g/L蔗糖+6.0 g/L琼脂,五指毛桃易生根,在1/2 MS+20 g/L蔗糖+6.0 g/L琼脂培养基中可以诱导出大量根系,生根率达100%,为五指毛桃规模化、工厂化育苗、资源保存和育种工作提供理论和技术支撑。To establish the system of tissue culture and rapid propagation of Ficushirta vahl.The seeds of Ficushirta vahl were used as experimental materials.The media of seed germination,adventitious bud proliferation and rooting were screened by conventional tissue culture technique.The result shows that 1/2 MS+sucrose 20 g/L+agar 6.0 g/L medium without any hormone was suitable for seed germination.The optimum medium of stem proliferation is MS+sucrose 20 g/L+agar 6.0 g/L.Tissue cultured plantlets root easily and the medium composition of 1/2 MS medium without any hormone sucrose 20 g/L+agar 6.0 g/L was good for rooting,The ratio of rooting of Ficushirta vahlcan reach 100%.The results can provide the theoretical and technical support for mass seedling production,germplasm resources preservation and breeding of Ficushirta vahl.
