摘  要:整圈自锁叶片具有加工装配简单、阻尼大、动应力水平低等特点,在大功率等级汽轮机低压长叶片设计中得到广泛应用。文章针对某汽轮机低压次末级动叶片,采用有限元分析方法得到其在不同转速、不同围带厚度情况下的动频率特性,并绘制出整圈振动的坎贝尔图,得到不同围带厚度对其共振频率的影响规律。最后通过对不同围带厚度下的整圈实物叶片进行动频率测试试验,验证有限元分析结果的准确性,并完成该叶片的调频优化工作。The circularly interlocked blade is widely applied in the LP stages of large steam turbine because of its simple machining and assembly, large damping and low dynamic stress level. In this paper, the dynamic frequency characteristics of a steam turbine′s LP second last stage blade under different rotational speeds and different thickness of shroud are analyzed by finite element analysis method, the Campbell diagram is drawn, and the influence law of different thickness of shroud on its resonance frequency is obtained. Finally, the dynamic frequency test under different thickness of shroud is made to verify the accuracy of the finite element analysis results and to complete the frequency optimization.
