摘  要:冲击式水轮机组水斗运行时由于水头高,河水含砂量重,水斗的冲蚀严重。文章针对高水头重泥沙冲击式水轮机组转轮工况,通过优选粉末、优化喷涂工艺,采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)制备钴铬碳化钨抗磨蚀涂层,该涂层组织均匀致密、硬度适中、结合力高、韧性好。性能测试表明该涂层抗沙砾冲蚀能力为不锈钢的3~4倍,抗气蚀能力为不锈钢的2~3倍。并利用柔性机器人在返修的水斗过流面制备抗磨蚀涂层。制备抗磨蚀涂层的水斗经过4个丰水期运行,涂层剥落面积≤5%,抗冲蚀、抗气蚀性能优异。Due to the high head and heavy sand content of the river water, the erosion of the water hopper of the impact turbine unit is getting serious. In this paper, aiming at the working condition of high head heavy sediment impact hydraulic turbine, the anti-abrasion coating was prepared by HVOF through optimizing powder spraying process. The coating has uniform and compact structure, moderate hardness, high binding force and good toughness. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the coating is3 ~4 times that of stainless steel, and the cavitation resistance is 2 ~3 times that of stainless steel. A flexible robot was used to prepare the anti-wear coating on the surface of the repaired water hopper. The water hopper used to prepare the anti-abrasion coating was operated for 4 wet periods, the peeling area of the coating was ≤5%, and the anti-abrasion performance was excellent.
