除氧器抽汽回路阀门关闭瞬态对核岛热功率的影响分析

摘  要:自CPR1000机组投运以来,多基地均反馈除氧器抽汽回路阀门会因故障关闭而短时无法重新打开。在阀门重新开启后,由于除氧器冷却时间过长,引起抽汽回路蒸汽流量突然增加,导致核岛热功率超过设计基准。有必要详细分析除氧器抽汽回路阀门关闭对机组功率的影响和给出最合理的降功率值。在进行定期试验或出现关闭瞬态时,现场根据分析结果进行机组降功率操作以保证机组、设备以及系统的安全。Since the CPR1000 units was put into operation, the bleed valve of the deaerator was closed due to failure and cannot be reopened for a short time in some power stations. After the valve was reopened, Due to the long cooling time of the deaerator the steam flow in the bleeding loop would suddenly increase to exceeds the design basis of the nuclear thermal power. it was necessary to analyze the influence on the unit power when the valve was closed and give the most reasonable power drop valve. In case of periodic tests or close transients, the reduction power was done to ensure the safety of the unit, equipment and system.
