摘  要:设计了一种驱动采用稳压管取电及高压继电器隔离的方波电压源装置。从装置技术要求出发,给出了方波电压源的总体设计方案,主要有:Marx发生器(包括驱动信号一致性、过冲以及趋稳时间、泄能电路)、充电机等的设计,并对装置在不同电压等级放电进行试验。设计的方波电压源装置能产生5~200 kV连续可调电压,过冲幅度≤5%,放电回路与充电回路完全隔离,有效保护充电回路及充电机的安全,为方波电压源装置设计研究提供实践依据。A square wave voltage source device was designed,which was driven by voltage-regulator tube for electricity and isolated by high voltage relay.Starting from the technical requirements of the device,the overall design scheme of square wave voltage source was given,which mainly include Marx generator(including drive signal consistency,overshoot and stabilization time,energy dissipation circuit),charger,etc.And the discharge of the device was tested at different voltage levels.Square wave voltage source device designed can generate continuously adjustable voltage ranging from 5 kV to 200 kV,which vershoot range is less than 5%.The discharge circuit is completely isolated from the charging circuit,which can effectively protect the safety of charging circuit and charger.It provides practical basis for design and research of square wave voltage source device.
