摘 要:面对射频产品研制生产高度交叉的问题,传统测试软件的开发与维护方式均无法满足需求,尤其是质量、效率与成本等方面。通过对业界先进的测试软件技术的研究,针对射频产品的共性测试模型,采用面向信号的测试软件开发方式,从测试资源管控、接口控制、测试描述文件等方面构建信号层软件结构,形成通用测试程序。工程应用结果表明,该方法可降低射频产品的测试资源与人力成本,提高测试软件的可重用性与开发维护效率。As development and production of RF products are highly intersected,the development and maintenance methods of traditional testing software cannot meet the requirements,especially in terms of quality,efficiency and cost.By researching of advanced testing software technology in the industry,aiming at the common testing model of RF products,signal-oriented testing software development method is adopted to construct the software structure of signal layer from the aspects of testing resource management and control,interface control documents,testing description file,etc.to form a common testing program.Engineering application results show that the testing workload and labor costs of RF products could be reduced,and the reusability and development and maintenance efficiency of testing software is improved.
