PDCA循环护理模式对预防膝关节镜下半月板移植术后患者关节僵硬的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环护理模式对预防膝关节镜下半月板移植术后患者关节僵硬的作用。方法选取2016年5月至2019年10月北京大学深圳医院收治的70例膝关节半月板移植手术患者,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组采用常规护理+术后关节僵硬预防PDCA循环护理模式。比较两组干预效果及关节僵硬发生情况。结果术后3、7、14 d时,研究组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1、2、3个月时,研究组术侧膝关节主动屈膝角度大于对照组(P<0.05),Lysholm评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后无1例出现关节僵硬,对照组关节僵硬发生率17.14%(P<0.05)。结论对膝关节半月板移植手术患者实施PDCA循环护理模式可减轻患者术后疼痛程度,促进膝关节功能恢复,降低关节僵硬发生率。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation nursing mode on the prevention of joint stiffness after knee arthroscopic meniscus transplantation.Methods From May 2016 to October 2019,70 cases with knee meniscus transplantation were selected by stratified sampling and divided into two groups randomly,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in control group adopted routine nursing mode.And the patients in study group adopted PDCA circulation nursing mode.The intervention effect and joint stiffness were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of study group were lower than those of the control group at 3rd day,7th day and 14th day after operation(P<0.05).The active knee flexion angles of the study group were larger than those of the control group after 1,2 and 3 months of operation(P<0.05).The Lysholm score of the study group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of operation(P<0.05).No case of joint stiffness occurred in the study group.The incidence of joint stiffness in control group was 17.14%,which was significantly higher than that of study group(P<0.05).Conclusions PDCA circulation nursing mode can reduce postoperative pain,promote knee function recovery,and reduce the incidence of joint stiffness.
