摘 要:以二重组织为基础,以不同特殊浸润性的纱线为原材料,通过织造的方式,赋予双层织物混合特殊浸润性,使其具有单向导湿性能。测试主疏水面不同亲疏水面积比对双层织物单向导湿性能的影响。结果表明:以56#钢筘密度织造的主疏水面亲疏水面积比为1∶8的二重组织混合特殊浸润性织物的单向导湿性能最佳。该织物具有最高的水分单向(主疏水面→主亲水面)传递指数1042.314,反向水分单向传递指数为-1056.068,吸水率>140%,滴水扩散时间<3.000 s,液态水动态综合传递指数为0.802,MMT测试评级结果显示该织物单向导湿性能极优。Based on the backed weave,and taken different special wettability yarns as raw materials,the double woven fabrics were given the mixed special wettability through weaving,so that they had single-side moisture transportion.The effects of different hydrophilic and hydrophobic area ratios of the main hydrophobic surface on the single-side moisture transportion of double woven fabrics were tested.The results showed that,the single-side moisture transportion of the mixed special wettability fabric based on backed weave,which was prepared at a density of 56#reed and with hydrophilic and hydrophobic area ratio of the main hydrophobic surface at 1∶8,was the best.The fabric had the highest moisture one-way transport index at 1042.314 from the hydrophobic surface to the hydrophilic surface,the reverse moisture one-way transport index at-1056.068,the water absorption rate>140%,the drip diffusion time<3.000 s,and the liquid water dynamic composite transfer index at 0.802.The MMT test results showed that the single-side moisture transportion of the fabric was excellent.
