摘  要:以艾草纤维和ES纤维为原料,采用水刺工艺制备艾草纤维水刺面膜基布,测试了基布的性能,并将其与海藻纤维、棉纤维、铜氨纤维和蚕丝纤维水刺面膜基布进行对比分析。结果表明:制备的艾草纤维水刺面膜基布的面密度为48 g/m^2,厚度为0.25 mm,面密度较大但厚度相对较小;纵向断裂强力为75.7 N/(10 cm),横向断裂强力为51.2 N/(10 cm),断裂强力高于其他4种水刺面膜基布,力学性能优良;透气性能好于棉纤维水刺面膜基布;吸液率为2267%,仅次于海藻纤维水刺面膜基布,吸液性能良好;对大肠埃希菌的抑菌率为43.3%。The wormwood fibers spunlaced mask substrates were prepared by spunlace technology using wormwood fibers and ES fibers as raw materials,and the properties of the substrates were tested and compared with spunlaced mask substrates respectively made of seaweed fibers,cotton fibers,copper ammonia fibers and silk fibers.The results showed that,the surface density of the prepared wormwood fibers spunlaced mask substrates was 48 g/m^2 and the thickness was 0.25 mm,the surface density was high but the thickness was relatively low.The longitudinal breaking strength was 75.7 N/(10 cm),and the transverse breaking strength was 51.2 N/(10 cm),and the breaking strength was higher than that of the other 4 kinds of spunlaced mask substrates.The mechanical properties were excellent.The permeability was better than that of cotton fiber spunlaced mask substrates.The liquid absorption rate was 2267%,second to the seaweed fibers spunlaced mask substrates,and the absorbency was good.The rate of bacteriostasis to Escherichia coli was 43.3%.
