摘 要:利用浓硫酸的水合放热效应快速剥离石墨相氮化碳(g-C3N4)制得质子化氮化碳(CNHS);采用喷涂CNHS水分散液焙烘方法将CNHS负载于涤纶(PET)织物表面,得到整理后的CNHS/PET织物。测试结果表明:CNHS对PET织物白度与颜色几乎无影响;整理后的CNHS/PET织物的断裂强力变化不大,且其紫外线防护性能得到较大提升;CNHS/PET织物的光催化降解性能优良,模拟太阳光照射210 min后,对罗丹明B溶液的降解率达到73.2%,而PET织物对罗丹明B溶液的降解率仅有22.4%。Protonated carbon nitride(CNHS)was obtained by rapid stripping of graphite phase carbon nitride(g-C3N4)by hydrated exothermal effect of concentrated sulfuric acid.As well as the CNHS/PET fabrics were obtained with loading CNHS on the surface of PET fabrics by spraying CNHS water dispersion solution and baking method.The test results showed that,the CNHS had little effect on whiteness and color of the PET fabrics.After finishing,the CNHS/PET fabrics fracture strength changed little,and their UV protection performance had been greatly improved.The photocatalytic degradation performance of CNHS/PET fabrics was excellent.After 210 min of simulated sunlight,the degradation rate of CNHS/PET fabrics for Rhodamine B solution was 73.2%,while that of PET fabrics was only 22.4%.
