摘  要:为探究温度对北方两性生殖卤虫群体存活、生长性状的影响,以确定其存活、生长的最佳温度以及各群体对温度变化的耐受情况,2019年收集来自山西运城解池盐湖群体(SIN)、内蒙古伊克昭盟群体(YIM)、内蒙古阿拉善左旗群体(ALXZ)休眠卵,经孵化后,每个群体随机选取360只个体并平均分到4个温度梯度中进行单独养殖测试。由相同温度下各群体存活、生长数据整合分析结果显示,不论在存活方面还是在生长方面,22℃均是北方两性生殖卤虫群体生存的最适温度。由同一群体各温度梯度下存活、生长性状数据整合分析结果显示,不论在存活上,还是在生长上,均是以山西运城群体的性状值为佳,说明该群体卤虫对温度波动适应能力较强,受温度变化影响较小。结果同样显示,山西运城卤虫群体和阿拉善左旗卤虫群体对温度变化适应力明显好于伊克昭盟群体。In order to study the effect of temperature on survival and growth of bisexual artemia populations in Northern China,the optimal temperature for survival and growth and the tolerance of each population to temperature change were determined.In 2019,dormancy eggs of artemia populations were collected from SIN,YIM and ALXZ.After hatching,360 individuals from each population were randomly selected and averagely divided into 4 temperature gradients to be cultured separately.The total length and weight of artemia were measured for 5 times every 7 days,and the survival of artemia was checked daily during the experiment.By analyzing the survival and growth data of each population at the same temperature,the results showed that the most suitable temperature of bisexual artemia was 22°C in terms of both survival and growth in Northern China.By analyzing the survival and growth data of the same population under different temperature gradients,the results showed that the SIN population was the best in terms of both survival and growth,indicating that this population had strong adaptability to temperature fluctuation and was less affected by temperature change.The results also showed that the adaptability of SIN and ALXZ populations to temperature change was obviously better than that of YIM population.
