HIV感染者常见中医证型舌象及脉象特征的复杂网络分析

摘　　要：目的:以HIV感染者为研究对象,应用复杂网络对常见中医证型舌象、脉象特征进行数据挖掘分析,总结艾滋病辨证诊治经验。方法:选取我院临床科研信息共享系统数据库中1151份格式化电子病历,采用Dedisco-3s复杂网络软件,分析常见中医证型舌象、脉象特征。结果:HIV感染者常见中医证型为气虚湿阻、气阴两虚、肝肾阴虚三型。舌象中白苔、薄苔、淡红舌与此三证型关系密切,其中白苔与气虚湿阻证有较大关联,薄苔与气阴两虚证有较大关联,淡红舌与肝肾阴虚证有较大关联。脉象中弦脉、细脉、滑脉、数脉、缓脉与此三证型关系密切,其中弦脉、细脉、滑脉、数脉与气虚湿阻、气阴两虚证有较大关联,细脉还与肝肾阴虚证有关联,缓脉与气虚湿阻证有较大关联。结论:应用复杂网络对常见中医证型舌象、脉象特征进行数据挖掘分析,可以显示不同证型间舌象、脉象的差异,舌象与脉象的变化关系体现了实证、虚实夹杂证、虚证的传遍转化,反映出疾病的变化趋势,是整理总结艾滋病辨证诊治经验的有益探索,可用于指导临床实践。Objective:Based on the complex network,retrospective data mining and analysis of the tongue and pulse characteristics of common TCM syndromes were carried out in patients with HIV infection.Methods:1151 electronic medical records in the database of clinical research information system of our hospital were selected,and were processed by Dedisco-3s complex network software to analyze the tongue and pulse characteristics of common TCM syndromes.Results:The TCM syndromes of HIV-infected people are mainly concentrated in three types,that is Qi deficiency and dampness,deficiency of both Qi and Yin,Yin deficiency of liver and kidney.The white fur,thin fur and light red tongue are closely related to the three syndromes.White fur is associated with Qi deficiency and dampness,thin fur is associated with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,and light red tongue is associated with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney.The stringy pulse,thready pulse,slippery pulse,rapid pulse and slow pulse are closely related to the three syndromes.Stringy pulse,thready pulse,slippery pulse,rapid pulse are associated with Qi deficiency and dampness and deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Thready pulse is associated with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,and slow pulse is associated with Qi deficiency and dampness.Conclusion:The application of complex network to carry out data mining and analysis of the tongue and pulse characteristics of common TCM syndromes can display the difference in tongue and pulse characteristics between different TCM syndromes.The change of tongue and pulse characteristics reflects the trend of the disease,and is a beneficial exploration to summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of AIDS,which can be used to guide clinical practice.
