针药并用治疗轻中度阻塞性呼吸睡眠暂停低通气综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针药并用治疗轻中度儿童阻塞性呼吸睡眠暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的临床疗效及其对患者注意力损害的影响。方法将60例轻中度儿童OSAHS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、夜间最低氧饱和度(SaO2)及注意力损害指标(综合注意力商数和综合反应控制商数)的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为80.0%,对照组为60.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后AHI、夜间最低SaO2及注意力损害指标与治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后AHI和夜间最低SaO2及注意力损害指标与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用是一种治疗轻中度儿童OSAHS的有效方法,能改善患者注意力的损害。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined use of acupuncture and medicine for mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)and its effect on the patients’attention impairment.Method Sixty patients with mild to moderate OSAHS were randomized to a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional medication and the treatment group received acupuncture in addition.The apnea hypopnea index(AHI),the lowestnocturnal arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)and attention impairment indicators(the full scale attention quotient and the full scale response control quotient)were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate was 80.0%in the treatment group and 60.0%in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in AHI,the lowest nocturnal SaO2 and attention impairment indicators compared with those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in AHI,the lowest nocturnal SaO2 and attention impairment indicators between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined use of acupuncture and medicine is an effective way to treat mild to moderate OSAHS in children.It can relive the patients’attention impairment.
