针刺配合督灸治疗气郁痰阻型乳腺增生的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺曲泉穴配合督灸及药物治疗气郁痰阻型乳腺增生的效果。方法将120例乳腺增生患者分为两组,每组60例。对照组口服乳癖消片治疗,试验组则在口服乳癖消片基础上采用针刺曲泉穴配合督灸治疗。观察两组治疗前后各项生化指标[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)]、性激素指标[孕酮(P)、泌乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)]及乳房肿块大小、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的变化情况,并比较两组有效率。结果治疗后,两组血清IL-2水平上升(P<0.05),血清CRP、bFGF、VEGF水平下降(P<0.05);组间比较显示,试验组血清IL-2水平高于对照组(P<0.05),血清CRP、bFGF、VEGF水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清P水平上升(P<0.05),血清PRL、E2水平下降(P<0.05);组间比较显示,试验组血清P水平高于对照组(P<0.05),血清PRL、E2水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组乳房肿块大小及VAS评分均下降(P<0.05);组间比较显示,试验组乳房肿块大小及VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.0%和83.3%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合督灸及药物治疗乳腺增生的疗效明确。Objective To observe the efficacy of acupuncture at Ququan(LR8)plus Du moxibustion and medication for mammary hyperplasia of qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction type.Method One hundred and twenty patients with mammary hyperplasia were divided into two groups,60 patients in each group.The control group received oral administration of Ru Pi Xiao tablets,while the experimental group received acupuncture at Ququan plus Du moxibustion in addition.Biochemical indicators[interleukin(IL)-2,C-reactive protein(CRP),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)]and sex hormones[progesterone(P),prolactin(PRL)and estradiol(E2)]were measured,the size of breast mass was observed and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.The efficacy rates were compared between the two groups.Result The serum IL-2 levels increased(P<0.05)and the serum CRP,bFGF and VEGF levels decreased(P<0.05)in the two groups after treatment.The between-group comparison showed that the serum IL-2 level in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05)and the serum CRP,bFGF and VEGF levels in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05)than those in the control group.The serum P levels increased(P<0.05)and the serum PRL and E2 levels decreased(P<0.05)in the two groups after treatment.The between-group comparison showed that the serum P level was higher(P<0.05)and the serum PRL and E2 levels were lower(P<0.05)in the experimental group than in the control group.The sizes of breast mass and VAS scores decreased(P<0.05)in the two groups after treatment.The between-group comparison showed that the size of breast mass was smaller(P<0.05)and VAS score was lower(P<0.05)in the experimental group than in the control group.The total efficacy rate was 95.0%in the experimental group and 83.3%in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus Du moxibustion and medication has a definite therapeutic effect for mammary hyperplasi
