高血压病肝火亢盛证面部色诊客观化诊断的探索性研究

摘　　要：目的从色诊客观化角度研究高血压病肝火亢盛证面部色诊特点,为高血压病辨证诊断提供参考。方法使用数码相机对研究对象进行面部图像信息采集,使用Photoshop(PS)软件进行面部肺区、心区、肝区、脾区、左右肾区等研究部位截取,通过MATLAB软件分别提取各研究部位R(红色)、G(绿色)、B(蓝色)、H(色度)、S(饱和度)、V(明度)值,进行三组(肝火亢盛证组、非肝火亢盛证组与正常人组)均数比较。结果三组研究对象在心、肝、脾及左肾区色诊指标具有统计学差异(P<0.05),差异主要集中在高血压病肝火亢盛证组与非肝火亢盛证组;面部以上各区中肝火亢盛证组B值明显低于非肝火亢盛证组(P<0.05),肝火亢盛证组S值明显高于非肝火亢盛证组(P<0.05),提示高血压病非肝火亢盛证组较肝火亢盛证组研究对象面色偏青暗。结论高血压病肝火亢盛证面部颜色特征具有特异性,其中B值、S值可以作为高血压病肝火亢盛证与其他证型的鉴别点。Objective To study the characteristics of color inspection of face of hyperactivity with syndrome of liver fire exuberance from the perspective of color inspection objectification,so as to provide a reference for the diagnosis of hypertension based on syndrome differentiation.Methods Using digital camera to collect facial image information of the subject,using Photoshop(PS)software to intercept facial lung area,heart area,liver area,spleen area,left and right kidney area,and using MATLAB software to extract the values of R(red),G(green),B(blue),H(chroma),S(saturation),V(brightness)of each research area,and then the mean of the three groups(liver fire exuberance group,non liver fire exuberance group,normal group)were compared.Results There were significant differences in indexes of color inspection in heart,liver,spleen and left kidney areas among the three groups(P<0.05),which were mainly concentrated in liver fire exuberance group and non-liver fire exuberance group of hyperactivity.Above the face of each area,the B value in liver fire exuberance group was significantly lower than that of non-liver fire exuberance group(P<0.05),the S value in liver fire exuberance group was significantly higher than that of non-liver fire exuberance syndrome group(P<0.05),suggesting that the complexion of non-liver fire exuberance group was darker than that of liver fire exuberance group in hypertension.Conclusion The characteristics of face color in hyperactivity with syndrome of liver fire exuberance has specificity,among them B value and S value can serve as an identification point of hypertension with syndrome of liver fire exuberance and other syndromes.
