摘　　要：产业扶贫是打赢扶贫攻坚战的根本,也是一项长期而复杂的工程。精准产业扶贫战略目标的实现,需要人力资本、物力资本、服务组织资本和关系资本的协调统一。设计和构建精准产业扶贫的绩效评价,需要综合考虑上述资本的关系。在理顺设计思路,坚持设计原则,把握好设计要点,构建指标体系的基础上,科学评价并采取以评促建的方式,对于巩固和提高当前取得的扶贫成绩,促进地方经济的长效发展有着积极而深远的意义。Industrial poverty alleviation is the foundation of winning the battle against poverty,and it is also a long-term and complex project.The realization of the poverty alleviation strategic goals of precision industries requires the coordination and unification of human capital,material capital,service organization capital,and relationship capital.The design and construction of the performance evaluation of precision industry poverty alleviation requires comprehensive consideration of the above-mentioned capital relationship.This research is based on rationalizing design ideas,adhering to design principles,grasping design points,and constructing an index system,scientifically evaluating and adopting evaluation methods to promote construction.These measures are of positive and far-reaching significance for consolidating and improving the current achievements in poverty alleviation and promoting the long-term development of the local economy.
