摘  要:良好的师生关系是提高教师课堂教学效率和促进学生发展进步的关键因素,因此,基于马斯洛需要层次理论分析了高校课堂师生冲突的原因,从而得出四点结论:学校应改善硬件环境以满足学生的生理需求;学校要创设良好的校园环境以保障学生的安全需求;教师要通过提升教学技能满足学生的社交需要;教师要加强沟通以强化学生的尊重需要。A good relationship between teachers and students is the key factor to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and promote the development and progress of students.Therefore,based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,this paper analyzes the causes of the conflict between teachers and students in college classroom,and draws four conclusions:schools should improve the hardware environment to meet the physiological needs of students;schools should create a good campus environment to ensure the safety needs of students;teachers should improve the hardware environment to meet the physiological needs of students;teachers should improve teaching skills to meet students’social needs;teachers should strengthen communication to strengthen students’respect needs.
